Tell Congress: Fully investigate the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking case

Despite his long-standing ties to convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, former President Trump has evaded scrutiny—and Republicans in Congress appear determined to shield him and other powerful figures from investigation.

Democrats are fighting for transparency, pressing the Republican majority to summon top Justice Department officials to explain their mishandling of the case. Attorney General Pam Bondi, in particular, has offered contradictory statements that demand clarification.

Several efforts to expose the truth have been repeatedly blocked:

  • Rep. Ro Khanna proposed an amendment compelling the DOJ to publish the Epstein files online, but Republicans halted progress.
  • Sen. Chris Van Hollen secured bipartisan support for an amendment requiring the preservation of all Epstein-related records.
  • Even Trump allies like Rep. Lauren Boebert have joined the call for a special prosecutor, acknowledging the need for an independent investigation.

“The American people deserve the whole truth,” said House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, calling out what he described as a conspiracy fanned by Trump, Bondi, and MAGA loyalists. “The victims—hundreds of them—deserve justice. The perpetrators must be held accountable.”

Van Hollen echoed the urgency: “We need full transparency. The attorney general must release every document and answer for this failure.”

Khanna went further, accusing Republicans of protecting powerful men who exploited vulnerable women.

This case is not just about Epstein—it’s about a system that protects the elite while silencing victims. Congress must act. The truth must be exposed. Justice demands it.
